Your Questions, Answered

  • Direct debits are through STRIPE who will mange the payments from your account.

  • Yes there is, but we acknowledge everyone’s circumstances are different. So therefore we have a low minimum term agreement of 3 months.

    If you wish to leave the agreement before 3 months you will still need to pay for the three month term

  • Call us on 07751881128 and we will come out, often within 24 hours to replace or repair your appliance.

  • On delivery we collect a £50 installation and delivery fee on a standard size drum. £55 for washer/dryers or large drum

  • NO problem at all that’s within your delivery and installation fee

  • All of east Durham, Hartlepool and Sunderland

  • yes we will have a contract that must be signed by someone over the age of 18, registered to the address and have proof of id.
